Beautiful, clean rooms with spacious bathrooms. Comfortable, warm bedding and fluffy pillows. Convenient location near the forest and lake. Helpful staff and great service. Lovely garden with outdoor seating.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, right next to the train station and close to the S Bahn. It was so easy to hop on the train and be in the center of the city within 15-20 minutes, no matter the time of day. the hotel facilities were great, with a coffee station and extras that were a great touch. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially considering we didn't speak the language.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Heerstrasse station, making it easy to access public transportation. It is almost directly across the street from the metro, allowing for convenient travel around the city. there are bus and train stations right by the hotel, making it a convenient location for exploring the area.
The towels provided by the hotel were too few and a bit small, which may be inconvenient for guests who prefer larger towels.
